Manager and staff solicit positive reviews from new customers in exchange for incentives (hence the abundance of 5 star reviews). Lack of good communication between management which results in many of the valid issues mentioned on the negative reviews. Management Also failed to protect staff and customers from an angry vagrant who kept coming in harassing people, actively ignoring and undermining ownership and drawing attention to this location from law enforcement

I visit this dispensary regularly, and every visit has been a great experience. Whether I stop by in the morning or later in the day, the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions I have. They take the time to explain the products and help me find what best fits my needs. Without a doubt, it’s the best dispensary in town. They offer high-quality products, maintain a clean and professional environment, and make every customer feel welcome and comfortable. I always leave feeling confident in my purchase. Highly recommend! 10/10.

Out of the five, I saved the two that I attempted to smoke, put them in a baggie and brought them in with me, along with the rest of the pack of the untouched ones and my receipt. I came in, told the workers what was going on, and I made it clear that I’ve never returned anything to a smoke shop but I’ve also never had an issue like this. So I politely asked if I could please get a refund or at least be able to exchange them for something else. I told them that if they couldn’t refund it then ok fine, but I’d like to pick a different item that actually works and even if it’s more expensive, I said I’d pay the difference, no problem. They did nothing fo
